1. How many months along are you in your pregnancy?


-I'm 26 weeks and 2 days, which makes me a little over 6 months





2. What was your first reaction when you found out?


-I just sat there and looked at the tests (I took four!) in shock....it didn't really hit me that I was really pregnant for a while





3. Were you scared? If so, of what?


-Yes, I was scared, but I was also excited and overwhelmed!





4. Was it hard for you to tell others, or was it easy?


-It was easy for me to tell the father and my friends, but my family wasn't so easy..





5. Do you fear birth?


-I haven't really been scared, but I'm getting more nervous





6. Are you having a c-section, or vaginal birth?


-I just say whatever happens happens, whatever needs to be done will be!





7. When is your due date?


-April 2, 2010





8. One thing that stresses you most about being pregnant?


-Worrying about him all of the time and being scared something will happen!





9. Do you know if the baby will be a boy or girl yet?


-it's a boy!

-Brodie

-Well at first we were going to name him Landon, but after I thought about it I really liked Brodie!

-Not right at the moment, but he was after my orange juice earlier

-Stress

-Feeling all of his little kicks and flips!

I don't anymore, but I did up until about 16 weeks

-Oh yes, at least once a day

-Nope

-I actually know 4 or 5 people

-Well when I walked outside to tell the father, his cousin was waiting with him and they both knew when they saw my face! I didn't exactly have to tell them..

-He was in shock and got very quiet for a while

-I'm working on getting it painted, my dad is doing it for me!

-I got the crib set from target which is CoCaLo buttons--it's so cute and has little monkeys and bears!

-Oh gosh, he has so much stuff already! Clothes, blankets, socks, diapers, a pack and play, and etc.

-Not yet

-I hope I'll get the travel system I want

-I actually have 3 or 4 different groups planning me one

-Yes, but more excited

Not really, I'm more worried about what will happen during labor....**Just something for fun!!!!!?

I am about 7 weeks but not entirely sure.





2. What was your first reaction when you found out?


I was scared because I already have a 15 month old, but shortly became excited.





3. Were you scared? If so, of what?


Yes, only because my kids will only be 2 years apart.

It was very easy. I was excited to tell the news. My moms side of the familt was a little more difficult to tell though.

No Ive already had one c section and will be having another so I know what to expect.

Hace to hace a c section.

Sometime near the end of August. I havent had my first appointment yet so not sure.

Just worrying about the babys health.

Not yet, but I hope its a girl!

Mckenna for a girl or Rykker for a boy.

Always being tired.

A little nausea, but nothing bad. Mostly headaches.

-Holy crap how did this happen? LOL and then I was ecstatic!

-very scared...had no job, have medical issues, and recently had a miscarriage. Not to mention my father hates my fiance.

-It was easy for me to tell everyone except for my father because as i said he hates my fiance

-Mentally:I don't think I will ever be ready for giving birth the first time. Emotionally: I'm so ready to be a mommy. and Physically: I guess we will find that one out on D Day.

I'm 27 weeks and 1 day. We are due March 28, 2010. We are so ecstatic about having a little baby girl come into our lives. She is our first and we are not scared at all. I think the scariest part of the whole thing is having to get an epidural. I'm not scared of even having my water break in public even though that would be extremely embarassing! I just can't wait and I'm getting severely bored waiting for her to arrive! My sister is planning my baby shower, but it is going to be a small one because I got a little preggo happy and bought everything! The only thing we need is the small essential things! I know, they thought I went mad! I even have most the clothes for her. I think the only thing that makes me nervous for the whole being prepared thing is that we were supposed to have bought a house this month but my hubby ended up getting laid off! He has been off work for a month now but just got a new job this week! Yah! So now we are looking for a temporary apartment! Thank god because I feel so unprepared because I don't have the nursery set up yet!

-safari, i got the cutest monkey clock in italy so that's what decided my theme

-not having one since i live in germany while my friends and family live in the states but people are being nice and sending me stuff

-I'm 23 weeks + 1 day so nearly 6 months.





2. What was your first reaction when you found out?


-I had already miscarried twice so was terrified of miscarrying again but so happy to be pregnant. Didnt tell anyone for a couple of days except my ttc buddies on y!a





3. Were you scared? If so, of what?


-Yes of miscarriage





4. Was it hard for you to tell others, or was it easy?


- Most people it was fine. Many guessed but I was superstitious and wouldnt tell anyone til after 12 week scan except my mum and my husband, Many friends were very aggressive and pushy about it!





5. Do you fear birth?


-I am starting to get more and more scared. I was never scared before.





6. Are you having a c-section, or vaginal birth?


- I dont know.. Never had a baby before don't know how my body will respond to labour but I am supposedly doing it vaginally.

-April 26th, 2010





8. One thing that stresses you most about being pregnant?


-Worrying about her all of the time and being scared something will happen!

-it's a girl!

-Load of ideas not definite name yet.

-Well we have a list of about 15 but my favourites are Tessa, Grace, Julia, Isobel and Mia.

-Not at the moment, but she was fluttering for my hubby about 10 mins ago when he put his hand on my belly.

-Fear and COST!

-Everything else. I love being pregnant and CANT WAIT to meet my daughter.

I felt queasy if i didnt eat regularly but only threw up once at 15 weeks.

-No. Some days I feel weepy but not too bad.

-No

-Well 4 of them were pregnant over this year but they had their babies. I know 2 other pregnant people at the moment.

20. How was your boyfriends/husbands reaction to the news?


-He was lovely. I am very lucky. He was so pleased and he was very sensitive to my fears.

- We have been sales shopping and bought a few essentials like the cot, pram, carseat, changing table, breast pump, moses basket, steriliser etc, but nothing is assembled and its all flat packed as I am not ready to set it up yet.





22. What is the nursery theme?


-I got the moses basket called ';Home Sweet Home'; which is very sunny and colourful with lots of colours so we might use that for inspiration.

-We have been sales shopping and bought a few essentials like the cot, foot muff, cocoon, pram, carseat, changing table, breast pump, moses basket, steriliser, muslin squares, blankets, sheets, and of course she has had a nursery built specially and has been given a very nice set of drawers and shelves, baskets to put nappies and lotion in, etc. we still have a lot more to buy.

-No, not yet.

-Yes,I hope I deal with it well. I can be a stress head and i hope i am not a nightmare for my husband and mother.

I was really scared at first but my fiance comforted me.

Scared of my parent's reaction and scared of being able to finish school, etc

I had nausea at around 7 weeks to 11 weeks..No vomitting though

I dont know any one personally (my 2 friends had their babies already) but I have heard of people who I use to know/go to school with being pregnant. Some young people pop off babies like it's not special anymore..

After telling my fiance, I told my sister, I asked her how to tell my parents

He was happy

No, He will be sleeping in my room for a while. My fiance is in the process of buying a house. I cant wait! So much new stuff! :)

Wow.. I dont think that would be a good idea to name everything.. Lets just say his stuff is taking over all of my empty space and he isnt even here yet! I have pretty much everything he needs and extra stuff I want at this point (clothes, blankets, accesories, health stuff, etc)





The only thing left to buy is the crib/changer, swing, and carrier-stroller combo and breast pump

No, a lot of women's water doesn't break on its own and it is broken in the hospital, but if mine breaks in public I think everyone would know what it was going on..with a big huge belly and waddling around they'd be dumb to think it's pee. Plus I dont plan on going out much when I am that close to my due date. Some one else can buy grocery's and my fave foods :)
