People i know are saying 'i love you' to all their boyfriends. They don't even know what love is. But when you get older, saying it is such a big deal. I wish i could just cut the bull and just leave the immaturity behind. I don't want to date for image, but it's getting hard not to with the pressure kids but on you. I'm in grade eight, and already people i know have had over 10 boyfriends. Then they think i'm weird because i haven't had one. I don't want an awkward relationship with someone i don't even like! What's the point of dating at this age when your not going to find the one, and everyone is immature.
Does anyone agree with me?
Like who wants a boyfriend/girlfriend that plays with dolls and watches playschool. Oh, and makes really disgusting 'sexual' noises.
So what's the point? And why is it so easy to say i love you, but then it turns so hard?Doesn't it annoy you how it's so easy to say 'i love you' when your young, but so hard when your older?
I know exactly what your talking about.
Kids and just look at each other and they're considered ';going out';. It's pathetic and wasting there time. If your going to say ';I love';, make sure you really mean it, no matter what age you are.Doesn't it annoy you how it's so easy to say 'i love you' when your young, but so hard when your older?
I have never had a hard time saying I love you to anyone. Maybe it is because I am a woman. But I never say it without feeling it.
When I was young, yeah, I said it in passing...but with age comes experience and I learned that it should mean more than to just say it, but to feel it.
I laughed when I read you're in 8th grade. FYI, you are not that old yet. And stop trying to wait for ';the one';, unless you want to wait another 15+ years.
Because life teach you the consequences. especially if you get married.
i only learned to say 'i love you' as an adult.
I love you Jen
