I hadn't seen him in 1 a week and a half and I'm really trying to forget him. We work together though and it was my birthday on thursday so yesterday he wished me a happy belated birthday. I said thanks and that was gonna be it for me but he's like come downstairs later, I have a present for you. I knew what it was but I met him anyway and he kissed me (well we kissed) and I'm like so hows your girlfriend he's like I dunno, she's ok I guess. I'm like Rick why are you doing this? You wanna be with me but your still with her and he's like I'm playing hard to get and I said ok well stop. And then he hugged me and he said ';I miss you';. I felt that it was a genuine feeling. I told my friend the story and she said if you keep avoiding him like you were for 2 weeks he will really miss you and come back. Although, the best choice is to completly forget about him. But how can I forget about him he still wants to be with me, it's not like he tries to avoid me and be faithful to her?My ex-boyfriend is playing hard to get?

yes that is probably why he is with her but you are letting him play with your head also and that's not right tell him when he wants to come back he can try then and then if it's too late so be it but you aren't into playing his games that should bring him back faster than you can believe

Doesn't sound real to me. If he wanted you, he could dump her, but he hasn't. Actions speak louder than words. Better to look for someone who respects you and has real feelings for you.
